If you are unsatisfied with your purchase because of manufacturing defect in your item or damaged in transit due to faulty package, we are here to help you.


  • Nature of damage should be either manufacturing defect or damaged in transit due to faulty package,

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it,

  • Your item must be in the original packing  and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase,

  • To be eligible for free replacement, exact item should be available in the stock. If an eligible item is out of stock, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned product will be issued.

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it,

  • We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.


  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or free replacement, as the case may be, after inspecting the item.

  • A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.

  • If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate procedure for free replacement of item or refund to you, as the case may be,

  • If your item is eligible for the free replacement then the replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned.
